matysik erhält das stipendium der barkenhoff-stiftung und residiert für neun monate in einer atelierwohnung der künstlerhäuser worpswede. während dieser zeit präsentiert er dort u.a. das in einer kooperation mit dem künstlerkollegen und freund marco olbrich entstandene video »psychologie gestern«, eine satire auf wissenschaftssendungen. gleichzeitig reiht er sich damit in die tradition des forschenden und experimentierenden künstlers ein.
matysik receives the barkenhoff foundation scholarship and resides for nine months in a studio apartment at the worpswede artists’ residence. during this time he presents, among other things, the video »psychology yesterday«, produced in cooperation with his fellow artist and friend marco obrich. the video is a satire of scientific broadcasts, but at the same time places matysik firmly in the tradition of the researching and experimenting artist.
