die fra­gi­li­tät des lebens, die mensch­li­che exis­tenz als blo­ßer schat­ten auf der erde, die zumeist zar­ten spu­ren und klän­ge, die sie hin­ter­lässt, bil­den den losen assoziations­raum für ein brei­tes spek­trum unter­schied­li­cher arbei­ten aus den gen­res male­rei, plas­tik, foto­gra­fie, assem­bla­ge: von der „time machi­ne“, die uns unse­rer anwe­sen­heit ver­si­chert, über vir­tu­os gemal­te, an nerven­zellen erin­nern­de struk­tu­ren, den wider­hall (un)sterblicher frag­men­te der pop­kul­tur, pflanz­lich-tie­ri­scher hybri­de, die mög­li­cher­wei­se das kom­mando über uns über­neh­men wol­len, bis hin zu geis­ter­haf­ten in foto­gra­fie gebann­te for­men und erscheinungen.

the fra­gi­li­ty of life, human exis­tence as a mere shadow on the earth, the most­ly deli­ca­te traces and sounds it lea­ves behind, form the loo­se asso­cia­ti­ve space for a broad spec­trum of dif­fe­rent works from the gen­res of pain­ting, sculp­tu­re, pho­to­gra­phy, assem­bla­ge: from the „time machi­ne“ that assu­res us of our pre­sence, to vir­tuous­ly pain­ted struc­tures remi­nis­cent of ner­ve cells, the echo of (in)mortal frag­ments of pop cul­tu­re, plant-ani­mal hybrids that may want to take com­mand of us, to ghost­ly forms and appearan­ces cap­tu­red in photography.
